That would be great.....we are building in a small subdivision of land I'm not sure if this makes a difference as we had put a deposit on the land well before we engaged PD to build... but that sounds more like it😀

I hear you....I was told by my conveyancer I will be doing the same thing next week.....hopefully all will be wrapped up by Tuesday for you ....very backwards in this day and age.

Hi Nicksta, we're building the Kew 28 with PD. Where are you in the process at the moment? We are through contract and have settlement on our land later this week, there are still some issues to sort out with developer and council approval though so likely not starting construction until late July....

We are building the Kew 23 by Porter Davis is anyone building a house of similar size with them, I thought it would be good to go through the process with others and share experiences ...pictures and maybe have a laugh.

Has anyone built the Kew 23 by Porter Davis or is building this design, could you tell me of your experience and how you think the smaller version looks, so hard when there is not a display of this size.
