During the electric appointment, they offered home network lite package for $1345 including 3 data points, 1 phone point and 2 tv points. My question is if it is really worth taking this home network ...

Ask Metricon how much an extra data point and TV point? At the time we build they were between $60-$100 for a data point...

We are about to take the same journey and will most likely swap these appliances out for Miele appliances after doing some extra homework. If you know the exact brand and model that you want, you can send the specs to Metricon and they will build out the cabinetry to fit the appliances.

Week 52 Construction The main thing to report this week is that we were advised the house will be ready for the PCI walk through next week. That's great news as we can expect to get the keys soon and be able to get on with the various post handover things that we need to get done so we can move in....

I have all my data return in the garage. Just in front of the entry into the house. Pre-run for the data rack.
