Hi All, I am new to this forum and we are in the process of finalizing the selections at studio M. During the electric appointment, they offered home network lite package for $1345 including 3 data points, 1 phone point and 2 tv points. My question is if it is really worth taking this home network ...
Ask Metricon how much an extra data point and TV point? At the time we build they were between $60-$100 for a data point...

Hi all, We have visible plaster joins in the ceiling. I do understand this topic has been covered (glancing) but is it possible for a plasterer to share their thoughts of what has happened for the joins to look like this. Hi Dulie, Thank you so much for documenting the building journey, start to end. We have also chosen the Hampshire 45 and in process of working out the floorplan. We are about to take the same journey and will most likely swap these appliances out for Miele appliances after doing some extra homework. If you know the exact brand and model that you want, you can send the specs to Metricon and they will build out the cabinetry to fit the appliances.

Week 52 Construction The main thing to report this week is that we were advised the house will be ready for the PCI walk through next week. Very cool links to the photos. Can I ask how it was done ?

Just make sure Metricon doesn't skimp on the waterproofing. They've screwed us over, basically have had to replace both wet area's waterproofing and our house is only 10 year's old. They almost got away with it the first time around. Now we're having to take them to a building authority to try and ...
How did you find out that they skimp on it ?

Hello, I got a question on data cabling. Appreciate your inputs. Can the NBN connection point in the garage of the standard plan be moved to a different position ? I have all my data return in the garage. Just in front of the entry into the house. Pre-run for the data rack.
