We are fast approaching out 12 month mark! Super exciting. But that also means it’s time to get the builders back through for the post handover inspection. Your yard turned out great! Was it hard to lay down the turf? Our turf wasn’t hard to lay because they were in manageable sizes. Just need a good smooth base to work with or it will be lumpy. We also had a team of about 7 so it was don’t within a few hours. We are going to spread some urea all over...

Hi, as you are dropping to single digits over night, I’d be mindful of the time you are watering. You don’t want to leave it too late in the day/evening to do it or it will be still wet when the frost hits and it will affect it Good luck Building our forever home!

Love that last photo. Is your grass really that colour and how did you get it that way? It’s not at the moment cause Titan running their wheelbarrows over it and the weather change has dried it out a bit. This was after a week or so of rain Building our forever home!

Hi, We did our own landscaping and turfing. Our block was a lot of fill and then some top soil and then we just laid the Turf on top. It’s hard work but I definitely think it’s more rewarding! So, the internet is still not fixed. They still have no idea why. They think it might be related to nbn co not finishing the job because they didn’t install the optional back up battery we requested. It’s really starting to give me the sh!ts! Our security cameras and door bell won’t work without WiF...
