Hi I'm about to brick pave an under cover patio area 4m x 4m. How high can I start the paver from ffl. I've been told 86mm down. Can I raise the height to approx 70mm to give a fall, which will then meet up with the 1m path around the house Thanks in advance

Thanks again for the advise, Well.....as you can see the tanks have been adjusted. So now i have the 2 x tanks connected to 90mm storm water. One tank is fed x 6 down pipes from the rear of the property and the other has the remaining 4 front pipes connected to it. Would it be best for me to lower t...

I checked today and the tank measures 2300mm as it sits on its concrete slab. The distance from the tanks concrete slab to the underside of the guttering is also 2300mm (at the lowest gutter point) therefore the vertical riser going into the tank would be approx 150mm higher than the gutter as it g...
So.....a lower gutter is also a point of least resistance! 1,000mm from the top? Hmmm. They still don't know what they ...

Thanks so much for the info. I've spoken with the site agent and there is a lot of head scratching going on. I will wait to see what they suggest and let you know however, I think getting an independent assessment as you suggested is the way.

Very interesting video thanks. I've called the designers today and they are going to go through the builder and not me. The pipe that discharges up to the street is also a 150mm, shown in the above pic. I did extend it by 600mm and ran the 90mm straight into it, as a temp fix prior to the tanks bein...

Thanks, I now feel like ripping all the 90mm out and put the100mm as I first requested. The road is 400mm higher from the ffl of the tank and worked well when I ran the 90mm straight into the 150mm pipes so happy with that scenario. I'll show your second option being the 100mm inlet suggested to the...

Totally agree. I have been banging my head against a brick wall from the start trying to get a charged system etc. I'm not sure where or who I can take this matter to from here unless there is someone on this site that could recommend a company etc in Perth WA I will keep this forum updated as we pr...

https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/75171_1601212041.jpg I have just done a quick calculation.
