My understanding is that you can no longer get an interim certificate you can only get the full certificate, so things like driveways will need to be completed before you move in. Hi, I would omit the guest room door and reduce the Powder room size. This would give the gained space to the guest room and minimise or eliminate the guest door overlapping the wardrobe door.

whatever you do dont do limestone pavers. We did and the friggen pavers are falling apart. So expensive and crumbling before 12 months Why has the limestone pavers deteriorated.

We are in the same position, so I'll keep an eye on this thread to see any good recommendations. Not sure if it worth the upgrade. The wireless part can be installed post handover. You can then link it with smart sensors and programming. No need to really use the step down. All or nothing.
