Who is responsible to do landscape of nature strip? I believe it's your responsibility as the owner, as per the land sale contract we got with Aurora.

Got a Query reg fence, my neighbouring lot is not yet released/titled, will developer(lendlease ) will pay half if I send quotation to them while they are waiting for release.... I doubt it, but it can't hurt to ask!

Mine was different. Please request confirmation from your sales consultant on the same. I have a mail from my sales consultant that states price is protected for 9 months from signing of PWC and it gets extended by another 3 months once you come back and sign your contract . We had a quote for the Palamos facade from November 2016. It was $15 500. Thats a pretty big price rise in 2 years. I think it also depends on the size of your frontage. We also paid extra for a corner treatment.
