Hi, Can anyone tell me if Coral alfresco slab, when coral are doing the tiling if this should include tiles on the sides? Hey guys - does anyone know what the clearance requirement around the house is? The house will come right out to the end of the pad (edge of pad drops off, probably 3 metres or so) so now i'm wondering if Coral need like a 1-2m clearance around the actual house?? Any ideas?? Clearances are dictated...
Clearances are dictated by Council and/or the Estate you are building in.

How long are builds taking in Brisbane. Will we be in by xmas if we start this month? Yes you will. Mine took 96 days from start to finish. This includes weekends where not much work was done.

Could anyone here please let me know if they know, what the price was through clipsal to supply your own downlights and they install them? Thanks!!
