Thank you, I've allowed $30k for upgrades, hopefully that will be enough. Sure you will be fine if you check our list of upgrades added everything except blinds, landscaping and driveway

That sounds pretty reasonable, would you mind posting some of your other upgrade prices? Would love to get more of an idea of what it mind end up costing me. Hi Porc tiles for us was about 6.3k if i remember well.Depends with your choices and things u pick us approx 30k

When i made an inquiry with brivis it was 3.5k for a double 35sq but you would have to make sure builder puts the points or pipes something like that just say evaporavite cooling provision then u can do later.
