Hi Guys, Quick question, how long before porter davis sends the invoice after the slab pour. Our slab pour was done yesterday. I'm amazed you haven't already got it before slab pour as you'll get all the others before the stage is finished see more About the hoffman – Building the hoffman https://h...
I believe that is correct about the site supervisor being the one who triggers the invoice being issued. Our site super...

Probably today, they're bloody quick with the invoices! The slab and frame were the only ones that came on time for me, the rest were way early. Thanks Gav! Let me keep an eye on the emails.

We had an Arden home built across the road from us and they started framing the next day. Apparently its also good if it gets a lot of rain just after the slab is poured as well. I have been told, the slab is supposed to cure for a month, needs to be watered daily. Lets see how it goes! I got metri...

Ouch, both my neighbours are building with porter davis and its been at least a month since they did the slab pour but are yet to start the framing.. Our slab pour is scheduled next week !!! May be they are just waiting for us to finish and do framing for the 3 houses in the street at the same time...
That would depend on whether you all have the same Site Supervisor or not. Each SS has their own preferred framer/carpe...
