The block next door to me is vacant and yet to be sold. If I pay for the fence, are the people who eventually buy the land legally obligated to give me half, or can they say, sorry we didn't want that colour or some other excuse to get out of paying? I assume the "current owners" Leppingt...

Thats right slab has to be there. For applying for fhog. Sorry, we got the grant as part of the 'new homes scheme'.. Could be a different thing to first home owners.. I'm not sure. We are definitely over the 750k threshold.. So maybe solicitor didn't go 'FHOG', but went this new homes scheme instea...

Did any one had a problem receiving FOG because the land value has gone up in 10F now and the bank stated that you are going over your 750000 cap with the building cost on top? Yeah. $9k for all. Our overall quote was a little higher cause we added roller blinds for sliding doors. And flyscreen doors. But shutters definitely cheapest we've got. (And I've got about 5-6 quotes from all over western Sydney)... And their product is covered under mastertons warranty. So it's a...

Congrats mgardz!. Got our quote from ark shutters today. So many have said not to bother because of the price. However we were quite surprised. I've sourced about 5 different quotes, including Nepean blinds (who seem to be the cheapest amongst some here).. But ark (masterton a choice) have come in ...

I mean the round shaped vents in each room that blow the hot/cold air. If your system has been zoned correctly you shouldn't feel a 'breeze' from your s/a vents. If you do you don't have enough grilles on to disperse the air.
