Im assuming we pay after settlement date only IamSam? Looking at your post if your land settled last year then developer pay all council and water rates until 30/06/2018.

Even if the land is higher price, BAnk never value higher than the price requested. Reason: Bank does not want you to borrow more than the land or property price requested. Well said.. I am planning to close the boundary with fence and put a brick fence. Can we put a brick fence at the frontyard? To distinguish between the footpath with my frontyard? But I wont close the driveway. Do you know if thats for hardwood or treated pine? Pine will eventually rot and need to be replaced but its cheaper than hardwood treated pine lapped timber..

The $6k for the fence do you know how many meters that is? Or the price per sqm? This is around 70-80 m in length.. Timber is expensive compare to colorbond.
