Hi everyone, We received our amended Submission Plans today and this time it is updated based on the Survey, which means i can see now that we need 3 steps to front porch. I hadn't thought about the potential of needing front porch steps as my land looks "fairly flat". Hubby knew there wa...

Hi @aaron2008, sorry to hear abt the issues you are facing. I though a walkthrough could be requested any time, expecting to be a max of a week's notice. Are you following up these issues with CSR or SS? We did our walkthrough with SS (text or email comm), 3 to 5 days ahead of notice.

What a Shame! We have yet to hear from W about who will sand and screed the Alfresco gap. We are yet to see the gap in the plan! We were quoted $2500 by W for alfresco tiling. We opted out because W landscaper thought we will be okay for timber deck. Council refused timber deck due to BAL rating. I...
Sorry to hear Aaron, hopefully, your build and WH will come to positive terms to solve the above issues.

Yes our first ever consult with the Sales Consultant, she has "widest possible stacker door". I need to clarify the height and width of the ASD2332. Speaking of doors, what is everyone's front entry door height? I really thought i was on top of these things, but you slowly pick up on thin...

Has anyone had their kitchen/joinery quote done recently and had things missing? Our fab consultant picked up some missing details (I didn’t realise they were meant to be in the quote e.g. upgraded shark edge, silk finish to some laminate and some shadowline). Now I’m worried I will miss further de...

We had an inspection yesterday to check on progress and catch up with our SS properly. We’re now at 26 weeks since our slab went down and 29 weeks since site scrape. We were due to have final painting done this week but some gyprock remediation took longer than expected so we still only have our fi...

Hi Singalg, Thanks for your thoughts and concerns. As per JeniferMaries's timeline, you are 4 weeks behind (your slab was the end of March), well I am 6 weeks behind because our slab did the 3rd week of February). As mentioned in my previous post, my neighbor's slab done also the end of March 2018,...

Another sample: Our initial contract plan (version 1) from the sales department was September 2016. Yes, 2016. Then we transferred to our CSR with our version 1 contract plan. We asked to change our floor plan (version 2) in May 2017, because we know it was not yet submitted to the council for appr...

Avoid the car! Hi all, Last month I contacted the Customer Survey team, we asked about one single request and why our build progress is very very delay. Then the CSR team comes back to us (oh God), they told us two things: 1. CSR said, every house is different, that’s why some house is ahead and ac...

30 week contract = actually 40 week contract I believe the 30 week contract that most on here signed last year and then when construction commenced where told by their SS it’s actually 40 weeks is Wisdom being anti competitive and/or unconscionable behaviour. I understand that factors may cause del...

@Navylion, I agree abt the contract period, as I have also paid extra for contract extension, and will be very upset if now Wisdom does not meet the 30 week contract period - which I am sure is very likely to happen. I discussed this with my SS, he said he is working on a 40 Week timeline, (which I...
