Our house was ready at pc - they were just doing final paint touch ups. We picked up on a couple of thing like door handles not being level and some cosmetic stuff but it was all fixed and they did a few more minor touch ups at our 6month post handover walk through. We went with sir Walter as it only requires 2hrs of sunlight minimum. We have it everywhere and it's so beautiful and lush. It is a much wider blade and thicker texture compared to couch but the only option really for shade dominated areas. Maybe check it out at centenary landscapes or bunnings? Goo...

Just watch out with roomba style robot vacuum cleaners on carpet..... they rip it up after a while - due to the way they spin/ turn. Ours destroyed our new carpet over the last 2- 3 years. It's good on tiles though.
