reading this thread is getting me so excited for handover...for everyone and for us :z: I'm at the same stage as Orpheus however except for wets areas we are doing our own tile and carpet and drive way etc.... would that make hand over day sooner??? :| does anyone know how long roughly?? I would im...

I would image so. Although I don't know how they would install all the bathroom items (cabinets, bath tub, etc) without...

beam is shorter on yours therefor it gives an illusion as if the balcony is smaller, where else the balcony looks bigger on the display because the beam is longer ...i think. :wink:

HI everyone We're building with Metricon and wanted to find out if any one had problems with the cornices not being straight? Our Cornices just got put up but some of them seem to be a little wavy or is just me? Any suggestions? Is this something we can ask to be fixed by our SM ???

Hi everyone, We have been looking a the glendale 38 isla Facade. And i had notice in this forum in July that the base price for the G38 was $290 and for the Isla is 323 or something? Does anyone know if the prices has gone up since then , as We have been quoted $350 for the Isla?
