Yes have had the slab independently inspected.. no dramas. Its utter BS in imho.. trades would no way let invoices run that long before settlement.. ive been nagging and nagging for closure. honestly am not impressed with this company.

we had colours booked in , but days before our meeting NSW lockdown laws kicked in and we have not been able to do this. they are now proposing a virtual colours selection and will not consider any extension to their tender expiry date - which i think is an appalling way to treat your new customers ...

couple of other questions.. and apologies if these are dumb 1) noise levels from the steel expanding and contracting from heat... is this a serious issue? 2) any impact on phone/wifi signals 3) mounting pictures/tvs etc on a steel frame.. is there something different that needs to be done here?
