they will value pre build and then at end of build. Based on comparable sales in the area. But we will need formal approval before its finished. 21 days from yesterday [emoji16] I just assumed they would go off the contract (plans, inclusions) but now I'm worried that we wont be able to get formal ...

We are purchasing a turn key property in QLD, have a pre approval with Westpac. How do the valuers look at this property, do they value off contract, which is what we assumed, or wait until its finished, if that's the case we wont meet finance clause!

We went tiles because we don't like the sound of laminate. Solid hardwood is my ultimate dream. Same here, love the look but after going through numerous displays with laminate I hated the sound!

Your invoices will be as above, you will provide them to your mortgage broker, who will forward onto the bank. You shouldn't need to interact with the bank at all (apart from signing loan documents)
