I wanted timber floors, but my husband says tiles are more expensive and hard wearing. Hope your floors go well.

I built with Simonds too and have the stove too that came with the package. It took us months to realise it wasn't working, we rang, they came out and found the thermometer died, they replaced it, and it's been going great.

Very disappointing. I would be ringing and asking for a plumber. They stuffed up they need to next it up. Builders suck, lol.

Oh course it does! It's a product your family has paid for and it wasn't done right. I would be very annoyed and insist on them doing the showers as per inspection, tell them if not you'll be consulting legal advice
