We have chosen a mature non fruiting pear for the front garden Nth aspect and three mature liquid ambers on the street verge Eastern aspect. We're on a corner block. They are just getting leaves and are looking great. Quite big though.

Wow you were so thorough. Good idea it's a pain having things fixed while your trying to move in. There was a couple of things we missed and didn't find until after we moved in but they were very quick to fix them. Your house is looking amazing. All in all I thing we had good builds.
