Yep we just had another quote.. 9.5k. Both quotes include extending some steps and curving the driveway around to the front step. The original guy ended up quoting 12.5k!!

Just wondering generally how long should PCI be after gyprock, skirting and doors?

Another thing I noticed, do any of you with a double storey have a skirting board running through your stairwell between the gyprock of the first and second floor? I remember someone on here arguing with their ss about it. Why do they do this!?

If it was just a matter of turning the doors, it sounds simple enough! Hopefully that’s all it takes!! I imagine it can't be super complicated..!
