Finally i have stopped changing my colors after contract. I should admit carlisle guys are very patient when it comes to this. Things have been moving full steam ahead for us so far. All is going well. There has been several items picked up in our independent inspectors report that Carlisle have said they will fix but otherwise all has been going good, once those items are fixed ill be much happier. We've upgraded to double glazing, definetly worth it, save heaps in energy bills, reduces noise etc. They dont do sliding windows double glazed because they are too heavy or something they said. Has anyone sound proofed any walls in their new build? We are considering doing the wall between the ensuite and bedroom 2, the bathroom between bed 2 and bed 3, the laundry next to the living room. Im just not sure it will make a huge difference. Does anyone have any advice on this? Also roughly ho...

I was able to get the water proof membrane (1600/- for en suite and bathroom only, looks like need to pay extra 500$ for outside WC and laundry) but was refused the frame upgrade by the engineers....
