How about you let them stain two bricks (one of each colour) and see if you can still pick the difference before giving the go-ahe...

Chellekobe, are they only painting the ones that are different in colour or painting the whole house the same colour? I think you have a better chance of being consistent with the second option....but not sure how willing the company is with parting with their money.... Funny though, your builder g...

At nearly $70 m2 this will cost them just about as much as rendering...

chellekobe, Is rendering an option? If not is the austral paint an option? The brick company have flat out refused to render because they are in the brick game not the rendering game. They want their product on display not covered up. They have also said this nawkaw is a fair comprimise that fair t...

How on earth did that happen? Looks like they used the darker coloured bricks first on the bottom bit. Were they delivered in two seperate loads or at the same time? Ive seen different shaeds of bricks used in houses before but it works best when the bricks are all mixed up. They did deliver the br...

The nawkaw product seems to work really well when you are just touching up old bricks of all the same color but when you try to match up two different colored bricks it seems like just a complete BODGE job. They say they wont render the house because they are a brick company and therefore are not in...

The brick compamy is not saying they havent made a mistake but their only solution is a brick-staining solution via the company NAWKAW. Has any-one used this product or even heard of t...
