Hi everyone, Quick question with the 90 day maintainence list did everyone just post it in the mail as per the info provided or did you email it as well incase the list got lost in the mail? If u emailed who did you email to, also did you provide photos of issues or just the list . Thanks guys

From memory, I think it was $8k-$9k....... our quotes came in from $7k all the way up to $20k ..... I don't think the highest quote guy really wanted to do our driveway, but he figured if we were silly enough to accept his quote, then he would happily pocket a ridiculous amount for it! haha! Oh ok, we bought our own and got a credit so don't have to worry about that. We must be close to PCI then. Only have door handles, hot water , flooring and aircon left. Everything else done.
