No I havent yet The sales person is looking into it... but I have found most of the display homes are without the sink unless it is part of the bathroom... small towel rack, soap / hand wash can be later but due to plumbing for sink I don't want to do it later. fyi - building in melbourne west...

I guess it all depends on individual experience. I know someone who was with Mimosa - was happy but during construction they changed the supervisor and from their it went from 5 star to 1...

I ve heard Simonds is good - but my experience with Simonds hasnt been well with a response from home consultant. Also considering Mimosa besides this... I felt Porter Davis are a bit expensive similar to Metricon and Burbank.

Our experience with them has been great only delay we had was 3 weeks for frame which they explained about. Have only had minor issues which have been addressed by supervisor. Thanks J...
