Ok thanks. But according to VBA that any building work over $10k the trade person need to be registered with VBA. My framing and roof trusses cost me about $13k so I am a bit confused..... I don’t mind using the qualified carpenter without license which save me some money but just want to make sure ...

Thanks Chris! Funny that my designer say he will ask his builder friend to do the site set out for me cost about $500 but I doubted it should be the concreter’s job which we have paid already. I don’t want to pay double for the same service.
