Well we have had 2 quotes so far from Domain Pools and Premier. Domain quoted us on the spot which was great as they itemised it all for us to see whilst premier will send us through a quote hopefully soon. So far we feel like we should go with Domain as they are small company who only build a limit...

Yes well I guess anything can happen but at least if you try to start off with a builder who ticks all the boxes, then you can say that you would minimise your chances of things going wrong. I could throw that book out the window and just say why bother with any checks on anybody, as anything can go...
