On the way to get keys. After a long struggle only got confirmed today that we are getting keys. We are having our reinspection today at 1p.m followed by handover.though there are few more items that will not be rectified. They promised us to do it next week. No PEARZ no luck at all till yesterday there has not been anyone onsite.. they have still not inspected yet and do not know when they are going to rectify. Can they simply take their own time to rectify those issues. Am thinking of either going to consumer affairs or a solicitor. As they do not let ...

Such a shame as everything looks good, I can't believe construction manager is only going to look into the list next week, what are they thinking?!! Keep the pressure on them and hopefully it won't take too long to rectify. Btw love love love your undermount basins! Absolutely gorgeous! ! Thank you...

Sorry to hear of the issues you are having. Your place still looks great! Once you are in your house it will be as if these issues did not happen and you will enjoy your new place. We had our PCI on monday. Was very dissapointed to find out that there are around 40 faults that had to be rectified.Dave from darbecca did a fantastic job by finding those faults. Thankfully none of them were major. But now they have to change the balcony door. Do another coat for the entry door.ch...

Congrats on PCI date yay!!! That's exciting, you will be in soon. I don't see any reason why they have to wait for the cheque to be cleared if it's a bank cheque. We exchanged the keys for the bank cheque with the builder on the handover day. We only had to wait for 10 days for them to fix the issu...

After a long struggle i only got my pci on 22nd of this month. They have booked for QA on 19th oc inspection on 19th aswell. Am atleast happy that i got a date for a final walk through.
