Hi We are at the stage where we are attending our tiling, flooring, kitchen, stairs etc appointments and have found that we are generally required to sign on the spot but then after we think about it we want to change our choices. Generally, we have been able to without much fanfare. Just wondering...

Question. We just did our flooring appointment with M. We picked the Prime Luxury Laminate flooring over the standard bamboo but it was a 10k quote. Does M provide a credit for not using the standard or does that $10k quote from the flooring guys take into account the upgrade/credit? Any 'upgrade' ...

Any 'upgrade' quote already allows for deleting the standard inclusions. It pays to shop around for flooring.
