Termite protection - Pine treated sleepersBuilding A New House

So FS started with my build and have done a bad job with the slab. Garage slab has holes & needs to be relayed on the top and now they are talking about pouring some concrete in the back portion as well after making some holes (seems like engineer is not happy with the concreters). Guys - my builder sent me a form with 'Account/Transfer set up request' for Electricity & Gas. Its for a new connection with EnergyAustralia so that house has those setup before I move. Question: 1. Thats not a bad idea - but do fencing ppl do retaining walls? yeh they usually do...one of my mates just finished building and fencing guy did both. Thats good to know - can knock off both together :-D

I was quoted $7600 for driveway and path to front - this was a year back and now will have to get the new quote. 25K for flooring is expensive - what are you getting done - wood?
