Any quality builder can assist you, if you find one that does all trades inclusive, they will usually have someone that can draw the plans for you as well. You want someone who can project manage the whole process for you.

Resene paint is actually quite a lot better than Dulux or Taudmans, not as well known, but a high end quality product.
