When we were dealing with our previous builder we were told that the soakwells must be done through the builder as per new shire of swan requirements, however when we switched to Redink they told us we could do them ourselves bo problem and saves us a heap of money.

We finally have settlement booked for 12.30 pm tomorrow! Our final plans have been sent to us to sign off on and then our builder can apply for shire approval/building lisence etc! Can't wait to start building!
