They initially said the dog did it but it is wrinkled as if heat applied. Another opinion from an independent builder was that is was a fault in the laminate. There is no heat or moisture in this part of the room ( and no toothmarks in the substrate!)

The Installer Wood Wizards have agreed to replace the panel. Due to be fixed next week

The Vinyl Wrap Panel is peeling in one section 12 months after installation with no known heat or steam near the panel. Both the manufacturer (PolyTec) and the Installer (Wood Wizards) deny responsibility and say that it is not a manufacturing defect. Any suggestions? (Have a photo but don't know ho...
