No worries! You would think that developers would happily give people this info so we can all just track the status ourselves...would save a lot of phone calls/emails they would receive checking on registration lol

It is close! It was has been under requisition and then late yesterday Mirvac relodged. Hopefully there are no more requisitions and we see the status change to "undergoing folio creation" in the next day or two and then you know you are about a day away from registration being complete. H...

Looking at the DP it says that multi dwelling housing is not permitted. Driving round the estate I can see a big 4 car garage next to what seems to be a slab for duplexes or units? Has anyone else noticed this or know whether this is allowed? Good to see some houses being finished off. My bricks ha...

Yep, there are 9 units (I think) going where those garages are and across the road (cnr Lodges and Vicary) there are 16...

I agree...it would have made more sense and be less hassle for the developers to do it prior to subdivision, but I guess it was an extra process they just weren't willing to wait for (typical!). What makes me angry is they KNEW it wasn't Elderslie yet marketed it as such! Hopefully Angie's discussio...
