No I think it's quite common for bathrooms. We had two 620s put in our ensuite and I thought having only one open would be narrow and annoying but that's fine too. We rarely close them both...

I'd be the same. Maybe connection fees only? Ring gas company and ask? Check your gas meter and turn everything off and see I it's still ticking over so maybe there is a leak? Good luck!

You'd be silly not to make the builder put in an NBN provision as by law if it's a new estate Telstra isn't allowed to run any traditional copper wires etc to provide Internet. In the meantime if house is livable before NBN is in your street you'd have to use wireless, dongle etc... Good luck

Thank you Qebtel, The only problem with that is they have only been there approx 2 months themselves so don't have prior bills. In WA you generslly only get four circuits. One for GPOs one for lights. One for oven and one for aircon. We added five more . Hi, we are building in WA its on the golf course but wanting to know if anyone building with Home Group Wa has had there pool installed during there building process? I think if you ask this on the building a new home forum you'll find a few. Maybe do a search for older threads.

We had our standard pad pour polished. We didn't uo the MPA but knew it was a risk and it came up lovely. We had pretty much a grind to polish of near full exposure. Was from memory about $100m2.
