Well after almost 9 months of building!! Yes that is right, almost 9 months. We have our PCI on Friday. The only problem is that there appears to be a hell of a lot of things not done, you know bricks haven't been cleaned, painting not done, carpet not done, paint splattered all over the tile floor...

My advice would be to pay for them and to read them thoroughly. We skimmed over them and wisdom ended up whacking items...
