Definitely include a separate sink. If anyone is in the shower and the door is locked, you're in trouble. $1200 isn't that much for a sink. Does it include splash back tiles and a mirror? We are in! We moved into the house on Sunday 10 days after getting the keys - was a very busy 10 days!! Thankfully all the trades we had managed to work around each other and everything was finished off on the Friday. We spent Saturday cleaning and getting it ready for the big move in on Sunday. So we collected our keys on Wednesday, our painter was there ready to start as we were finishing up our handover meeting - he finished up yesterday so we are on track to get everything finished this week and move in next weekend. Can’t wait now, lots to do but it’s all really ...

We won't be getting the inspector back so will have to do our best to check what has been rectified has been done properly! The dishwasher was in the hole, but the paneling to go around was not - apparently been measured and will be installed on the 16th, just very frustration as they've known there...

We've been given our PCI date this afternoon, Friday 6th of July at 2pm. Not really very happy as we had said we wanted earlier in the week and start of the day to fit around work and childcare. Site meeting this morning to try and get an idea of timeframes for PCI. Communication does not seem to be Avelings strong point so meeting the SS does help put our minds at ease that things are in fact happening at the house! Still no date, saying first week in July and they’ll confirm a week before...

I was provided my PCI date last week and it's been scheduled for 9th July. See our CL is acting like it's unheard of to have a date so far in advance. Keeps saying they are aiming for first week in July, but won't specify and said not to book any owner trades or hand our notice in on our rental unt...
