thanks sheilzy we love the dark timber we had a tour before our colour appointment and fell in love instantly, the were cat 2 but we had to upgrade yes hopefully he comes through, would be very disappointing if the flyscreens were the thing to hold us up

Interest is still calculated daily, however the repayments are usually interest only on a construction loan then convert to amortising when fully drawn. ahh thats whats goin on then
