Send worst/most obvious issue pics of each area where there is a problem, & request feedback on if it is a problem, & if so, how EBH will rectify to code & standard prior to continuing works...that's how I handled it.. If it becomes an issue, get an inspection report done by a qualified...

My slab is done now and I've taken a lot of photos of issues/imperfections (cracks, broken bits etc.). I'm not sure if I can email like 30 photos to my Site Supervisor and ask him to review and fix ...

Anyone been charged extra for 3 phase wiring (for aircon) then upgraded to a single phase unit? Did you get a credit for that extra wiring? I kept the 3 phase, in case I wanted to install any appliance that needed it in future. Sent from my iThing via Tapatalk
