Can someone please tell me how long it takes for the final tender & plans to come from head office? We gave our final changes plan to Casuarina 275 (same as at Chisolm) on 30/10, went through pre-tender 7/11. I got an email yesterday saying our tender will be in the office 6/12... I was hoping ...

Yes I agree Julia is fantastic and also convinced us to go with the standard facade. Considering you can get a whole house rendered for 6-7k the facades are very overpriced! Feel sorry for people with covenants that have to get one :-(

Yes you can get things done during construction, at least that is my understanding. I assume you would have to arrange it with the ss. You can also upgrade your system through coral to a multizone ducted but you would need to look at the cost of this.

Keep in mind that the ducted air conditioning that coral includes in single story homes is only two zone, living and bedrooms.
