Hi Bradles It is now a year since we moved in to our Mitcham house, which we altered in many ways. The front looks like one of the options, except that we had to decrease the width of the garage to fit onto a narrow block. Are you interested in this?

I would not build with any other builder than Elderton. I would rather wait because Elderton uses good tradespeople and they make the difference between a well built house and an average one. Just be patient.

We did have a problem with the building, but I am pleased to see that Elderon acted upon our complaint immediately. It gives me a lot of confidence in their future work. Choosing a builder is hard as you don't really know what you are getting in to, but I think we made the right decision.
