Hi FF, Good to see you make a guest appearance. Well done with the deck, I'm also going to have a crack so fingers crossed. Can I ask what the blue tool with the long handle in the decking photos? Haven't seen that one before.... I may have mentioned, we are also building with Newports and the Bric...
The blue tool is a board straightener....you'll find that the decking boards are never straight...if you want straight ...

Congratz :) its looking pretty good. You'll find that there will be tradies coming in and out of your house after hand over for at least another 2 months to get everything fixed..... Thats just normal, nothing to stress about.....we've had nothing go wrong ...fingers cross....and there were only min...

Awesome stuff Knyght Hope it goes all smoothly for you. 2 more days till I pick up my keys lol..Been a year long journey. I don't envy anyone that's just starting their journey, but honestly as exciting as it is in the beginning.... I don't think I will ever build again I just hope things improve in...

I've opted for NBN phone instead of VOIP. From what I can see, the phone lines run directly into the NTU. Then there's a separate Ethernet line running from NTU to your router ? I may be wrong...will see next week when I get there....I went with iiNET 100/40 which is getting installed tomorrow.

Hmmmm I've just had a look closer at my Electrical contract. For those who opted for 24 port data points, were you told by ARGUS rep that you need to allocate 2 out of the 24 ports for phones? Dont go off the price advertised...they have specials on at the moment.... I got a King and Queen ensemble for $8500. as opposed to the retail of $11498 total.
