Most builders don't include TV Antennas in their builds, as some people don't end up needing one right away, have their own preference of the type they chose or where they want it mounted so they normally call an antenna installer to get it done.

Excellent setup, I often use some of that equipment in smart wiring installations we do. The Hikvision NVR is a nice piece of equipment.

Connect all your devices to your AVR / Receiver and then one HDMI going to projector and switch between devices using your AVR remote, same as if you were to connect it to a TV.

Most antenna installers should be able to complete that job as it's not overly complex.

Format they record in is H264, can be viewed by any media player that has that codec. Trial and error is the best method for lens selection. The effective quality increase of 4MP over 3MP in my opinion is not worth the upgrade.
