Regarding front door frosting. Please google the finishes. The translucent gives the White look on the door. Spotswood glazing is like the privacy glass you get in bathrooms. In my opinion the translucent is way more white than frosted. You can view all the finishes at the door place head office nea...

Adan - you can head to PGH and ask for the builders list of colours. And at DI Lorenzo all tiles with yellow stickers ( unless it's changed in 12month) are the standard builders range. There is plenty to choose without upgrading. Just depends what you want. Our landscaping is nothing over the top an...

Jah that is the case for any extra feature wall Mystro - it's a shame that you're not having much luck with your build. Do you have photos to prove to EB that the cour is diff. If you were shown an image and chose based on the colour then you might have a reason to pushEB. What cour was it you chose ?

Kerith - the clean up was great. Did they do it all the way around? Is it painted to match your bricks like BH? I discussed this with my SS and our bricks vary in colour paint wouldn't work like BH beautiful brickwork. So for us the problem couldn't really be fixed. Eve you guys should be close. Hav...

Dream line is agree with serial. Looking at my floors where it meets the bedrooms I wouldn't say it's to noticeable. Are the areas where the 2 types meet large openings or just normal door ways ? Agree to care as though real wood. No dragging of furniture around. Teaching the kids to treat it with c...

We just finished with EBH and have not had any experience dealing with Elderton. Every builder will have their good and bad points. In the end choose who you feel comfortable with and who can offer you the house plan that you want. What might seem cheaper now you will end up paying for it in exttra'...

Bandie - is it one of their connect homes? Jah - you are allocated either 22 or 25$ for tiles and carpet. Can't remember exactly. If you see something price tagged at $30 you pay the diff 5-8$. See something $50 once again you pay the diff I found tiles pretty good. You can upgrade and doesn't cost ...

Where are you building bandie? Trying to figure out why your home and land differs from ours, as we had a tender process. Were you not able to change any windows or adjust any walls? If even firs timers had no sucess even after suggesting payment there must be a reason why. Perhaps ask for a full ex...
