Thanks Wiz! Our Block is on Hobbs St Lot 704, its a weird shaped block if you have a look at the plans. We are pretty close to the woodland reserve. We have a challenge of a BAL 40 and land shape hehe. So hopefully it wont be too much of a headache when we do build.
