hello, jim from roundbathcompany here, the klikdrain popup mechanism unscrews from inside the plug :lol: 1=remove top chrome plug 2=look at top of klik mechanism where the thread starts,there should be flat sides, to take the klik mechanism out use a spanner or small shifter and remove by unscrewing...

the reason the wc is sitting up=probably installed by joe the handyman the floorboards can move giving un unsafe mounting area=all toilets unless supplied with mounting brackets should be bedded in cement floorboards should be covered with compressed fibro=screwed down then tiled then toilet install...
