I found the clean with Dale Alcock to be quite amazing actually. I had budgeted a day for cleaning when we moved in but the house was impeccable. Whoever they used for the post builders clean did an amazing job, wasn't much left for us to do.

Mine is a similar height and is behind the kitchen cabinetry so you get full fridge depth. You can move it if you don't like it.

I like blue bottle. I reckon go for it. In saying that I went really safe with my colour choices so I know where you're coming from but it's only a small part of the kitchen and easily replaceable down the track if you want to change it before selling.
