We paid our deposit in late June 2013 and were told it takes about 12 months from deposit to handover. We are currently about 4 - 5 weeks away from handover putting us early March 2014. Our package for $20K included all the above and the terrazza is complete as well. The package seems to change depending who asks. We are also getting two drop down sides on our kitchen bench. The information you receive really does depend on how much homework you have done and what you already know...
