Exciting about the brickies! We've had a frangipani planted out the front and also have one in a pot - both are doing really well here in Mandurah. They love it here. I have been using Seasol on them once a month for nutrients and they get regular water.

I feel for you. Our skirting boards layer left paint droplets on the floor and some of it has still not come up. When I was researching laminate one of the salespeople said they had water damage and that after a week or so the swelling went down..... so maybe that will happen for you? Fingers crossed.

Moved in but still unpacking. No internet at mo as waiting for nbn and Telstra won't do normal internet in the meantime. Will update with pics when I can. We are loving our new place - just so much to do.

Well, even though it's really weird, it's kind of good someone had a shower so this is discovered now. Still weird though. I am very relieved it wasn't the loo. Does that mean the water proofing wasn't completed in that area?
