We have our PCI this Friday and was just wondering how easily our builder can be let off with such issues? At the moment there's some paint/render splashes, nails in eaves no painted properly, parts of the gutters that have been scratched (pics below) Question is, is it ever too much to say "OK...

Ah that's for clarifying it guys, thanks! Wasn't there a painter that painted your exhaust fan things on the roof? We had one, he matched everything on the roof to the colour of the roof in a glossy paint. he also paibted the ventilation pipe. It wouldn't be a big deal to Get him back to paint the w...

Just wanted to get an opinion.. Was wondering if our roof tiles in a certain spot have been installed properly? ("Elabana" roof tiles). As you can see in this pic, the part of the roof tile that isn't coloured is facing towards the front. It's as if it's been installed back to front? Does ...

Oh it just gets worse. That really isn't an acceptable solution in my opinion anyway. Can you imagine the mould and 'gunk' you'd end up with around that glass shelf. I'd be asking for it to be done properly, even if that means ripping it all apart and re waterproofing. Niches that are useless are r...
