I hope you are all using double glazed with comfort plus. Double glazed windows with clear glass is a better option than single with comfort plus - and the comfort plus in single glazed can be difficult to clean and ask the glass companies does it really work in single glazed products. It only works...

Western Red Cedar - a very soft timber and at a premium to say Meranti Hard wood good option stay away from the pine If you intend to prime and paint then get a comparison between WRC, Hardwood and Meranti.
