what do you do if your builder does extras in your house because he "thinks" you ordered them and they aren't in your contract. If you keep quiet, is there anything they can do to claim extra money from you??

We are now 8 weeks over the contract date and they still haven't finished :x For the past 2-3 weeks they have only had maybe 3 days worth of work left to do but done nothing. You wonder how they operate. Driveway/path is being done tomorrow - but that's organised by us.
